Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the booking service. By making a booking you agree to these terms.
Parties
These Terms apply between you (the “Client”) and Precision Books & Docs, LLC (the “Provider”).

Services
The Provider offers appointments and services as listed on the booking page, including a 30-minute free phone consultation. Service descriptions and durations shown at booking are binding unless otherwise stated.
Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years old to book services. By booking, the Client represents and warrants they are 18 years of age or older. Clients under 18 may book only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and with prior written consent from the parent or guardian.
Booking and Confirmation
Bookings are made through the Provider’s Microsoft Bookings page. A booking is confirmed when the Client receives a confirmation email or message.
The 30-minute phone consultation is provided free of charge. Other services may require payment or a deposit; payment terms will be shown at booking.
Pricing and Payment
Prices for paid services are in the currency specified on the booking page and exclude any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. Payments are processed securely by the chosen payment provider.
Changes and Cancellations
Client cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees unless a different cut-off is shown on the booking page.
If the Client cancels within the cut-off period or fails to attend a paid appointment, a cancellation fee equal to the amount specified on the booking page may apply.
The Provider may cancel or reschedule bookings for operational reasons (staffing, emergencies, weather). When the Provider cancels, the Client will be offered an alternative time or a full refund where applicable.
Late Arrival and No-Shows
If the Client arrives late, the Provider may shorten the appointment to avoid affecting subsequent bookings; the Client remains liable for any applicable fee for paid services.
No-shows are treated as cancellations and may be subject to the stated cancellation fee for paid services. The 30-minute free consultation will be considered forfeited in the case of a no-show.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate personal and contact details and any information reasonably required for the service.
Clients must follow any pre-appointment instructions provided.
Communications and SMS Consent
By providing a telephone number, the Client consents to receive calls and text messages (SMS) from Precision Books & Docs, LLC regarding bookings, confirmations, reminders, or other service-related communications. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. The Client may revoke consent or opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to a text message or contacting [email protected].
Provider Policies and Conduct
The Provider reserves the right to refuse service when it reasonably believes that safety, compliance, or conduct standards cannot be met.
The Provider will comply with applicable laws and professional standards.
Liability and Warranties
Services are provided using reasonable skill and care. Other than as required by law, the Provider excludes all other warranties.
The Provider’s liability for direct loss arising from negligence is limited to the amount paid for the booking. The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
Data and Privacy
Personal data collected during booking will be used to provide services and contact you about bookings. The Provider’s privacy policy explains how data is handled. By booking you consent to processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
Refunds
Refund eligibility and procedure are as set out on the booking page. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after approval.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotional offers or discount codes must be used at time of booking and are subject to terms and expiry dates set by the Provider.
Third-Party Services
The booking system, payment processors, and any third-party platforms used are separate services with their own terms; the Provider is not responsible for third-party practices.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Provider’s booking page and communications is owned or licensed by the Provider. Clients may not reproduce or use Provider materials without permission.
Complaints
Complaints should be submitted to [email protected] and will be acknowledged within a stated number of business days. The Provider will investigate and respond with a proposed resolution.
Changes to Terms
The Provider may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on the booking page; continued bookings after changes constitute acceptance.
